Production Manager

Our client is a Multinational Car Dealership located in Nairobi. They seek to recruit an efficient Production Manager for one of their affiliate company highly experienced to run a factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-production planning.
• Oversee the production process, draw up a production schedule and timescales.
• Production control.
• Manage and oversee procurement with local suppliers.
• Ensure that the production is cost effective and set quality standards.
• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment machinery.
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise and motivating a team of workers and review performance.

Qualification:

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant course.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior level management position.
• Must have experience of working for manufacturing company, preferably at Car or Motorcycle manufacturing company.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 /= (Approx. 1,666 USD) depending on experience
