Nigerian National Technical Engineer – Lagos, Nigeria

Our client is a leading Chinese Company providing cash processing solutions such as ATM’s, fare collection systems, currency exchange machine and teller assist units. They seek to offer an exciting career opportunity to a dynamic Nigerian Technical Engineer. The successful candidate MUST have technical experience of handling cash processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to partner or end user to solve ATM technical problems.
• Provide on-site support in different cities.
• Manage & process customer complaints and /or new requirement processes.
• Prepare service reports to the customer and prepare technical analysis.
• Collect data and submit bi-weekly report to headquarters.
• Assist in management and preparation of technical tender documents.
• Manage local projects such as pilot-test, technical upgrades and others.
• Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare-part lists.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years working experience in technical support or customer service.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese will be an added advantage.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 360,000 /= (Approx. 4,000 USD)depending on experience
